Hot fix contains 2.4.7.0 fixes and:
- Fixed: Cloning slides with metafiles.
- New: Support for PictureFrames with linked images. See IsPictureLinked and PictureFileName properties.
- Fixed: Better recognizing master textholders and correct drawing it on thumbnails.
- Changed: IsTextHolder property moved from Rectangle to Shape class.
