Aspose.Tasks for Java 8.6.0 supports Importing Project Data from Primavera Database

Aspose.Tasks for Java 8.6.0 has been released. This month’s release, like its equivalent .NET version, includes an enhancement of importing Project data from Primavera Database. Since, the API is auto-ported from its equivalent .NET version, it includes all the bug fixes that were part of the .NET API. Functional Improvements in the API

The functional improvements in this month’s release of Aspose.Tasks API are detailed as follow:

  • Support for Importing Project Data from Primavera Database: This month’s release provides the capability to import project data from Primavera Database. Two new classes, namely DbSettings and PrimaveraDbSettings have been introduced that provide the interface for setting up the database parameters. More info
  • Bug Fixes
    • Calculation bugs related to task duration, start and finish dates have been fixed
    • Incorrect rendering of Task Links to output has been fixed
    • Exception fixed while loading Project with high value of resource assignment work value
