Development plan for Pdf viewer in Aspose.Pdf.Kit

Aspose.Pdf pays attention to creating PDF files. We will create a new visual component pdf viewer in Aspose.Pdf.Kit. The pdf viewer component can be embedded to third party software to view and print PDF files. It has almost all Adobe Reader’s functions. On the same way, it will provide APIs to achieve the same functions. We will develop both .NET and Java version of the pdf viewer. Development plan for Pdf2Image in Aspose.Pdf.Kit

Many customs have asked for functions such as preview pdf document, transform pdf to HTML, transform pdf page to Images. Between these functions, transforming pdf page to Images is the basic function, so we decided to support it in next Release.

Aspose.Pdf.Kit 1.4.0 Released!

Aspose.Pdf.Kit 1.4.0 has provided the following features:

  • Aspose.Pdf.Form has been merged into Aspose.Pdf.Kit . The change for the old Aspose.Pdf.Form customers is only change the namespace of “Aspose.Pdf.Form“ to “Aspose.Pdf.Kit “. Sorry for the inconvenience that old Aspose.Pdf.Form customers have to change your code.
  • Import xml file from pdf form and export xml file into pdf form is supported.
  • Fix a bug of exception in VS .net 2005 Beta2, please refer to this post .

Aspose.Pdf.Form 1.2.1 Released!

Aspose.Pdf.Form 1.2.1 has provided the following new functions:

  • Add a property “UnFlattenFields” to “AutoFiller” to support users to flatten some of the fields, not all as before.
  • Add the function of “AutoFiller” to merge many pdfs with unflattened form.
  • Fix a bug of exception in VS .net 2005 Beta2, please refer to this post .

Aspose.Pdf.Form 1.2.0 Released!

Aspose.Pdf.Form 1.2.0 includes all the features provided in Hotfix 1.1.x. The following is a quick list:

Aspose.Pdf.Form 1.1.4 Released!

Aspose.Pdf.Form 1.1.2 released!

Aspose.Pdf.Form 1.1.2 fix the bug:
