Amazing PCL to PDF and PNG to PDF conversion, and better HTML tags support
We are excited to announce the release of Aspose.Pdf for Java 3.1.0. In this release, we have enhanced the support for PCL (Printer Control Language) files conversion to PDF format and have greatly improved the feature of converting raster images, including PNG and BMP, to PDF. We have also introduced a new method - setVerticalAlignment() - to the ImageInfo class to vertically align an image object inside a PDF document.
Shrink PDF contents, add font subset, merge XFA, PDF in Response object
We are very much excited to announce some great new features in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 6.8.0. With this new release, you can shrink the contents of a PDF file to a smaller size so you’ll save hard disk space. The TextFragmentAbsorber has always been a great mechanism for searching & replacing particular text strings inside a PDF file and now it lets you include a subset of the font used when replacing PDF file contents.
Improvements to PDF to image conversion in Aspose.Pdf.Kit for Java
Aspose has always been committed to provide excellent customer support by creating components that our customers really need. We also work hard to fix any issues in previous versions. Keeping this tradition alive, we are very much excited to announce the release of Aspose.Pdf.Kit for Java 4.1.0 which provides excellent support for converting PDF files into various image formats such as PNG, JPEG, TIFF etc. In this release, we have also greatly improved the bookmark and page extraction features.
Some changes in Operator class names
In recent release versions of Aspose.Pdf for .NET, we have made slight changes to the Operator class names. These changes have been introduced to make these names descriptive and understandable. Please take a look over following list which explains the changes in class names present under Aspose.Pdf namespace.

Support for 1GB PDF files, better text extraction, improved form filling
It gives us an immense pleasure to announce that Aspose.Pdf for .NET is capable to deal with large size PDF documents. During our testing, we have concluded that the latest release version of Aspose.Pdf for .NET 6.7.0 is capable of manipulating PDF documents of 1GB. To be more precise, we have tested PdfFileMend, PdfBookmarkEditor and PdfFileInfo classes present under Aspose.Pdf.Facades namespace.
In this new release, we have greatly improved the text extraction, form field filling, addition of form field to PDF file, addition of watermark stamp, printing of PDF files and conversion of pages into TIFF and XPS format.
CGM to PDF, PDF to PDF/A, PDF to image in desired image dimensions

Convert PDF to HTML and PDF Image/Text Extraction using C#
Aspose.PDF for .NET 6.4.0 allows you to convert PDF files into HTML format. Prior to this release, Aspose.Pdf for .NET supported converting images, XML, HTML, SVG, PCL and XSL-FO files into PDF format but not the other way around. With this new feature, one single product provides the capability to convert HTML files into PDF or transform PDF files into HTML format.
Since the last release, we have made progress on images and text extraction from PDF files.
Aspose.Pdf for SharePoint has joined the Aspose.Pdf family
Please put your hands together and welcome our new member to Aspose.Pdf family. Yes with the introduction of Aspose.Pdf for SharePoint, the Aspose.Pdf product family has been complete and now it includes the products targeting .NET, Java, Reporting Services, JasperReports and SharePoint platforms. This new and amazing product provides great integration with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and it provides the leverage to export lists, list items and SharePoint wiki pages to PDF file format.
Render Text with Native Alignment, Height and Margin Information
We have made great improvements in terms of rendering text object inside body, as well as header/footer section of the report. The new version of Aspose.Pdf for ReportingServices 2.3.1 has become much stable for text object processing. The text properties such as horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, text margin and TextBox height are properly supported and the resultant PDF is identical to the source .rdl report.
